Job Vacancy: Front of House Staff – Method Training

Hours: Minimum of 12 hours per week (with potential for more)

Method Training is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff. As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting members and guests with a positive attitude.

  • Managing bookings, check-ins, and general enquiries (in person, phone, and email)

  • Serving and making high quality coffee & refreshments.

  • Supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring the gym is clean, safe, and inviting.

  • Assisting with sales of memberships, merchandise, and services.

  • Working as part of a team to maintain high standards of customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Barista trained /experience essential.

  • ⁠Customer service experience⁠.

  • Knowledge of fitness industry.

  • Proficient computer skills⁠.

  • Great communication⁠.

  • Attention to detail⁠.

  • Teamwork⁠.

  • Multitasking⁠.

  • Drivers license.
